1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and betcha ("betcha," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the betcha online gaming platform available at betcha.bid and any associated mobile applications or services (collectively, the "Platform").

By accessing the betcha Platform, creating a betcha account, making a deposit, or placing any bet or wager, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the betcha Platform.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with betcha's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference and form part of the overall agreement between you and betcha.

2. Eligibility and Registration

2.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least 21 years of age to register for and use the betcha Platform. This requirement is mandated by PAGCOR regulations and Philippine gaming law. betcha reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend any account where age verification cannot be satisfactorily completed.

2.2 Geographic Eligibility. The betcha Platform is operated under a PAGCOR licence and is intended for use by players physically located in the Philippines. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether accessing and using the betcha Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. betcha makes no representation that the Platform is appropriate or available for use in locations outside the Philippines.

2.3 One Account Per Player. Each individual may register only one betcha account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. betcha reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and to void any winnings generated through such accounts.

2.4 Accurate Information. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information promptly if it changes. betcha may require you to submit supporting documentation to verify your identity, address, and payment methods at any time.

2.5 Prohibited Persons. The following persons are not eligible to register for or use the betcha Platform: (a) persons under 21 years of age; (b) employees of betcha or its affiliates; (c) persons who have been self-excluded from betcha or from gambling platforms generally; (d) persons acting on behalf of another individual.

3. Account Security

3.1 Credentials. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidenti ality of your betcha account username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. betcha will never ask you for your password via email, telephone, or live chat.

3.2 Unauthorised Access. You must notify betcha immediately if you become aware of or suspect any unauthorised use of your account. betcha will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this security obligation. Any activity conducted through your account prior to notification of unauthorised access will be deemed to have been authorised by you.

3.3 Two-Factor Authentication. betcha strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account. While 2FA is optional, betcha accepts no liability for account compromises where the player has chosen not to enable available security features.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. betcha accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. betcha reserves the right to add or remove accepted payment methods at any time without prior notice.

4.2 Currency. All transactions on the betcha Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). betcha does not accept deposits in foreign currencies. Any currency conversion costs incurred by the player are the player's sole responsibility.

4.3 Minimum Deposits. Minimum deposit amounts are displayed on the betcha cashier page and may vary by payment method. betcha reserves the right to modify minimum deposit thresholds at any time.

4.4 Withdrawal Processing. betcha aims to process withdrawal requests within one (1) to three (3) business days, subject to completion of any applicable identity verification requirements. betcha reserves the right to delay withdrawal processing where fraud, money laundering, or other prohibited activity is suspected.

4.5 Withdrawal to Source. Withdrawals will generally be returned to the same payment method used for the original deposit. betcha reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal.

4.6 Anti-Money Laundering. betcha is committed to compliance with applicable Philippine anti-money laundering laws and regulations. betcha may request documentation to verify the source of funds deposited into your account. Failure to provide requested documentation may result in account suspension and reporting to relevant authorities.

5. Betting Rules

5.1 Bet Acceptance. All bets placed on the betcha Platform are subject to betcha's applicable game rules and betting limits. betcha reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its sole discretion, including where a technical error has resulted in incorrect odds or game outcomes being displayed.

5.2 Minimum and Maximum Stakes. Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all games and betting markets on the betcha Platform. These limits are displayed within each game or market and may be adjusted by betcha at any time.

5.3 Void Bets. betcha reserves the right to void bets in circumstances including but not limited to: technical malfunctions, manifest errors in odds or game outcomes, evidence of match-fixing or event manipulation, or where a bet has been placed in violation of these Terms.

5.4 Disconnection Policy. In the event of a disconnection during a live game or bet, betcha's system will record the last confirmed game state. betcha is not responsible for losses arising from internet connectivity issues on the player's side. Where a disconnection results in an ambiguous game outcome, betcha's decision shall be final.

5.5 Sports Betting. For sports betting markets, betcha follows standard industry rules for event settlement. In the event of an event being postponed, abandoned, or cancelled, betcha's specific sport rules — available on the Platform — will govern settlement. betcha's settlement decisions are final and binding.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by betcha are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, minimum odds restrictions, game contribution rates, and expiry dates. These specific terms are communicated at the time each promotion is offered.

6.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they — or any winnings derived from them — can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement for each bonus is stated in the promotion's specific terms. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the stated timeframe will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.

6.3 One Bonus Per Player. Unless otherwise stated, each betcha promotion is available to each eligible player once only. betcha reserves the right to withdraw a bonus offer from any player who it reasonably believes is abusing the promotion, including through the use of multiple accounts or coordinated betting strategies.

6.4 betcha's Right to Modify Promotions. betcha reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Where a promotion is withdrawn after a player has already opted in, betcha will honour the terms applicable at the time of opt-in to the extent reasonably practicable.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the betcha Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any other technology to place bets or interact with the Platform in a non-human manner.
• Engaging in arbitrage betting, matched betting, or any strategy designed to exploit bonus offers or guarantee profit regardless of outcome.
• Colluding with other players, including in live poker or other competitive game formats.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or verification.
• Attempting to launder money or use the Platform for any illegal financial activity.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.
• Allowing or facilitating access to your betcha account by any third party.
• Engaging in any conduct that betcha reasonably determines to be abusive, threatening, or harmful to other players or betcha staff.

8. Intellectual Property

8.1 Ownership. All content on the betcha Platform — including but not limited to software, game engines, graphics, text, logos, trademarks, and audio-visual elements — is the property of betcha or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

8.2 Limited Licence. betcha grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not include the right to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any betcha content.

8.3 Restrictions. You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software forming part of the betcha Platform. You may not use any betcha trademark, logo, or brand asset without prior written consent from betcha.

9. Limitation of Liability

9.1 Platform Availability. betcha does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times or free from errors, interruptions, or technical faults. betcha will use reasonable efforts to maintain Platform availability but accepts no liability for losses arising from downtime, maintenance, or technical failures.

9.2 Exclusion of Consequential Loss. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, betcha shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

9.3 Cap on Liability. Where betcha is found liable to you for any reason, betcha's total aggregate liability shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your betcha account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

9.4 Force Majeure. betcha shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from causes beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, acts of government, telecommunications failures, or other force majeure events.

10. Responsible Gaming

betcha is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all Filipino players. We provide a range of tools to help players manage their gaming activity, including deposit limits, session time limits, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion options. betcha strictly enforces the 21+ age requirement and will suspend any account where there is reasonable suspicion that the account holder is under the legal gambling age. betcha does not target its marketing at minors and takes all reasonable steps to prevent underage access to the Platform.

11. Account Suspension and Termination

11.1 betcha's Right to Suspend. betcha reserves the right to suspend or terminate any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where betcha reasonably believes that: (a) the player has breached these Terms; (b) the player has engaged in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity; (c) the player's account poses a risk to betcha or other players; or (d) betcha is required to do so by law or regulatory direction.

11.2 Player-Initiated Closure. You may close your betcha account at any time by contacting betcha customer support. Upon account closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

11.3 Effect of Termination. Upon termination of your account for any reason, your licence to use the Platform is immediately revoked. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property, limitation of liability, and governing law provisions — shall continue to apply.

12. Governing Law and Disputes

12.1 Governing Law. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

12.2 Dispute Resolution. In the event of any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the betcha Platform, you agree to first contact betcha's customer support team to seek an informal resolution. betcha will endeavour to respond to all formal complaints within five (5) business days.

12.3 Regulatory Escalation. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, you may escalate the matter to PAGCOR as the relevant regulatory authority. betcha cooperates fully with PAGCOR in the resolution of player disputes.

12.4 Jurisdiction. Subject to the dispute resolution process above, you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of the Philippines for the resolution of any dispute that cannot be settled through the processes described in this section.

12.5 Severability. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.

12.6 Entire Agreement. These Terms, together with betcha's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and betcha with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings.
